On June 23, 2019, the 6th annual MingoMan Triathlon and Duathlon will be packed with heart-pounding action as a point-to-point triathlon starting with a swim in the reservoir of Delaware State Park, a bike race to the heart of Ohio to the City of Delaware,  and finally an exciting run through the streets of Delaware Ohio

  • Sprint: 0.45 mile swim (Duathlon: 1 mi run) + 21.2 mile bike + 3.1 mile run
  • Olympic: 0.90 mile swim (Duathlon: 1 mi run) + 25.2 mile bike + 6.2  mi run
  • Olympic Aquabike: 0.90 mile swim + 25.2 mile bike

Participation in the triathlon can be as an individual or as a two or three-person relay.
