Fitter & Stronger Foundation Training
MembershipThe Fitter & Stronger Foundation program is a twelve week “off-season” program for runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes and endurance athletes seeking to improve strength, fitness, and overall performance.
If you are looking to improve your overall fitness, conditioning and health and increase your long-term performance, we have partnered with Upper Arlington CrossFit to develop an ever-evolving live functional workout program. Each certified coach-led group workout will focus on strength training, education of proper form and technique to be followed by a cross-discipline workout consisting of multiple exercises to improve strength, endurance, and conditioning.

Preview Open Session(s):
- Saturday, December 1: 8:30 am – 10:00 am AND
- Saturday, December 15: 8:30 am – 10:00 am
Program Begins: 12 weeks starting Saturday, January 5, 2019 – Saturday, March 30, 2019
- Week 1: January 5
- Week 2: January 12
- Week 3: January 19
- Week 4: January 26
- Week 5: February 2
- Week 6: February 9
- Week 7: February 16
- Week 8: February 23
- Week 9: March 2
- Week 10: March 9
- Week 11: March 16 – no session due to Greenswell Indoor Triathlon
- Week 11: March 23
- Week 12: March 30
12 week program cost $150. There is a drop-in fee of $20 per session.
