The Erin Go Braugh Trail Runs, part of the GRIT Trail Series, will challenge you, both mentally and physically. We want our participants to push their own boundaries at our events and in turn become stronger in their everyday life.
There are are multiple distances – Sprint (6K, 9K), Step-Up (12K, 18K) and Enduro (24K) trail runs. Complete as a runner, hiker or rucker. For the 24K, complete the trail runs as a relay team (See details page for additional info)

The Erin Go Braugh Trail Runs are based on the history of the Irish and their ability to endure and conquer whatever nature put in front of them. The Irish were known to be strong, tough and adventurous people that shared a great sense of family and kinship. These are exactly the elements behind the Erin Go Braugh Trail Runs- your will will be challenged, your limits of mental and physical abilities tested so that you will become stronger not only as a runner but in your daily life. Once you are completed with your trail run, celebrate with your fellow Irish at the post-race Breakfast, drink and music.
