Wellness in the Woods: Sharon Woods
The 2012 Wellness in the Woods series is designed to bring together individuals, friends, families, co-workers and communities for healthy activity and social connectedness at the Metro Parks. This series will help showcase the sustainable wellness activities available at the Metro Park. The goal of the series is to help create a culture of healthy living by organizing a series of walks and runs throughout 2012 at various Metro Parks.
