Heart & Sole Run
The Heart & Sole Run (or Walk) are an opportunity for the entire family to come out to Sharon Woods Metro Park in Westerville, OH on Saturday, April 13 and participate in a heart-healthy activity.
There are 2 mile, 5K (3.1 mile) and 5 mile heart-healthy distances to walk or run.
The Heart & Sole Run is part of the OSU Ross Heart Hospital Wellness series to promote awareness of the prevention of heart disease through proper diet and heart-healthy activities.

Distances will start several minutes apart beginning with the 5 mile followed by the 5K and then 2 mile.
Start Area: Apple Ridge Picnic Area
Shirt size selected during registration will be the shirt size given you at athlete check-in. If the shirt size selected by you during registration is the incorrect size, you will need to complete a shirt size transfer list at athlete check-in. You will be required to check back after the race for size availability.
Trail distances are approximate and may be longer or shorter than indicated.
Participants must wear assigned number on the front of your shirt or shorts. Your number must be visible to checkpoint recorders at all times. If timing chips are provided, attach timing chip to your ankle with the provided strap. You will not be scored at the finish line unless your number is visible and your timing chip is attached when you cross the finish.
Participants must stay on marked course to be properly timed.
$20 (2 miles), $31 (5k), $35 (5 miles)
Race Day Registration
$25 (2 miles), $35 (5k), $40 (5 miles)
Note: Children under 12 years can participate for free. A paid adult guardian must participate for children under 12 to participate in each park event.
There are no entry fee refunds for transferring from a longer distance to a shorter distance. All transfers must be received in writing at craigthompson@greenswell.com.

The top three overall finishers by gender by distance will receive a commemorative award.Shirts & Amenities
All participants will receive a sustainable soft-spun cotton shirt vs. a conventional cotton t-shirts or chemically-produced polyester technical shirt. Awards
All athletes must be present to receive awards. No awards will be mailed, delivered, or dropped-off. If you must leave the event before receiving your award please make arrangements with a friend or family member to get your award or discuss with finish line management. Participants contacting us after the event to claim award will be referenced to the award policy.Policies & Refunds
