Wellness in the Woods: Blacklick Woods

The 2012 Wellness in the Woods series is designed to bring together individuals, friends, families, co-workers and communities for healthy activity and social connectedness at the Metro Parks. This series will help showcase the sustainable wellness activities available at the Metro Park. The goal of the series is to help create a culture of healthy living by organizing a series of walks and runs throughout 2012 at various Metro Parks. The series benefits the Stewards of the Metro Park, a 501c3 organization and the Greenswell Participant Foundation, a 501c3 donor-advisory fund of the Columbus Foundation.  USATF #17L12024

Shirts & Amenities

All participants will receive a series organic soft-spun cotton shirt vs. a conventional cotton t-shirts or chemically-produced polyester technical shirt. These shirts are a more expensive than the polyester technical shirts seen at most events but once you feel the texture and wear the material you will relish this shirt! For more details about our shirts, visit Greenswell Green.

Participants will receive only (1) shirt for the entire series. This will enable Greenswell to keep the cost down for the series and increase the donation opportunity to the Stewards of The Metro Parks and to the Greenswell Participant Foundation.

Shirt size selected during registration will be the shirt size given you at athlete check-in. If the shirt size selected by you during registration is the incorrect size, you will need to complete a shirt size transfer list at athlete check-in. You will be required to check back after the race for size availability.
